Our ideal candidate has experience managing brands and developing identities and creative standards.As the Manager of Creative Services, you oversee and support design, branding, and marketing activities for the YEB brands. Not only are you concepting & developing brand designs and collaterals, you are also managing a team of creatives whose duties focus on developing the brand or creating marketing materials, websites, and other content. You define the goals of each project and come up with a concept and plan to meet those goals. Your responsibilities can also include managing the budget for creative projects, hiring employees and contractors, and tracking progress.
The Job:
• A hands-on designer, that possess the ability to jump from print, to digital to interactive
• Superior ability to think strategically and creatively and stay a breast of the latest marketing and creative trends; to develop, articulate and lead the implementation of long and short-term plans to meet goals and objectives.
• Ability to set and meet long term project deadlines while adapting to immediate demands.
• Experience leading, directing and motivating team members, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
• Experience establishing long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them.

The Day to Day:
• Manage workflow, priorities and multiple projects and campaigns at once.
• Directly oversee a team of cross-functional creative professionals for graphic design, photography and video.
• Create, lead and oversee strategies for Creative Services.
• Support brand positioning and strategy to elevate visibility and awareness of brand family.
• Lead the artistic development of marketing campaigns.
• Produce and direct visual content for print, digital and other mediums,
• Leads the creative process and oversees the work of the team performing quality control proofing and, revising designs until acceptable results are obtained.
• Lead, create and execute innovative, creative concepts for marketing projects and campaigns.
• Manage and art direct every aspect of production in design, photography, video and digital.
• Stay current with the latest industry, style and creative trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
TheIdeal Candidate Possesses:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with a variety of software programs, such as Adobe & Microsoft Products
• Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing
• Good comfort level interacting with high-profile clients and industry professionals
• Evidence of participation in ongoing professional development opportunities in the areas of graphic design or social media
• Recent hands-on experience with applying design, copy, or web best practices
• Professional business skills, such as negotiation, project management, and leadership
• Web design experience especially using HTML5 and WordPress. Webflow knowledge a plus.

This role serves as the primary partner and right-hand to the BU Controller for Camps and is a highly visible position with cross-functional exposure and meaningful influence across the organization. Youth Enrichment Brands is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Assistant Controller to join its accounting leadership team. Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Controller, this is a highly visible role within the accounting shared services organization, offering broad exposure across the business and a meaningful opportunity to drive impact. The position will initially lead the end-to-end Accounts Payable shared services function in a hands-on capacity, from invoice intake through payment execution, across the entire Youth Enrichment Brands enterprise. Over time, this role offers a clear pathway to increased responsibility and advancement to AP Assistant Controller, with the scope expected to expand in a phased and well‑supported manner to include ownership of additional shared service areas such as fixed assets, payroll accounting, and the corporate holding companies.
YEB is looking for a highly-motivated, experienced Senior Accountant. As the right-hand to the BU Controller for SafeSplash Swim Schools, this will be a highly visible position within the YEB accounting shared service organization with interactions across various departments and the opportunity to make a significant impact. To be successful in this role, the Senior Accountant should possess the ability to conduct a wide variety of intricate and complex accounting duties and projects and professionally team with multiple stakeholders and business partners. An ideal candidate would not only be a self-starter who is driven to learn and add value quickly but also should be savvy in Excel, have excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal skills, and the ability to create and maintain a team-oriented environment. The Senior Accountant should also possess the ability to timely meet deadlines in completing assignments and have strong integrity and ethics as well as the ability to review and analyze current processes for potential improvements. This position is responsible for and will own the financials for the corporate entities within the business unit, including general ledger management and reconciliations as well as income statement and balance sheet preparation and analysis. This role will also assist the YEB Accounting Group with other strategic projects and tasks as needed. This role is for a self-motivated, reliable individual, who, by ensuring financial integrity and promoting financial transparency, will contribute to the rapid growth and success of the company.
