We may convert, or permit others to convert, your personal information into deidentified, anonymized, or aggregated data, as permitted by law. When we do so, we commit to maintaining the information in deidentified form, and will not attempt to reidentify the information.
Health Information
In limited circumstances, we may collect information relating to a participant’s health, safety, or accommodations to support program participation, emergency response, or safety requirements. Where required by law, such information is addressed in more detail within our Health Privacy Notice.
Sources From Which We Collect Personal Information
We collect personal information through various means, including from the following categories of sources: directly from you (for example, when you register or maintain an account with us); from parents or legal guardians on behalf of participants; from our affiliates, business partners, service providers, or third parties; from our franchisees; created by us (for example, if we create records pertaining to you, provide you with a login or user ID, or otherwise generate information linked to you); and through technologies used on our Services (such as cookies, pixels, and other tracking technologies). In some instances, you may be able to choose what information to provide, but sometimes we require certain information from you to use features of our Services.

In providing the Services, we may ask that you provide certain information about yourself or the participant. The exact information we need to collect will depend on the purpose and type of service requested. For example, you may choose to provide us with information about you or a participant to request information from us, make full use of the Services, or enroll in an activity.

We also may obtain personal information from our parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies. In some circumstances, we may obtain personal information about you from third parties, such as our franchisees, advertising networks, social networks, and data brokers. Our websites also support third-party tracking technologies placed by our service providers and advertising partners.

Targeted Advertisements
Our Services collect information about you in order to target advertisements to you when you browse the internet or use social media. For example, we use the Meta Pixel and Google Ads to provide you relevant targeted advertisements on other websites. You may visit Meta’s and Google’s websites to learn more about each platform’s advertising practices and options you may have to manage how they collect and use your personal information. You can manage advertising preferences for some of the external parties we work with to serve advertising across the internet by utilizing the choices at www.aboutads.info/choices. Social Features and Our Services
Certain features on our Services permit interactions that you initiate between our Services and certain third-party services, such as third-party social networks (“Social Features”). Examples of Social Features include: enabling you to send content such as contacts and photos between our Services and a third-party service; “liking” or “sharing” our content; logging into our Services using your third-party service account; and otherwise connecting our Services to a third-party service (e.g., to pull or push information to or from our Services). If you use Social Features, information you post or provide access to may be publicly displayed on our Services or by the third-party service that you use. Do Not Track
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference signal that users can set in some web browsers, allowing users to opt out of tracking by websites and online services. Currently, our websites do not respond to DNT signals. Our websites do recognize the Global Privacy Control signal, as described in further detail below.
How Long We Retain Personal Information
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and operate our business. Retention periods may vary depending on the context and applicable legal requirements.

We may disclose the categories of personal information described above to external parties in certain circumstances and for specific purposes, as described below.
Targeted Advertising, Sales, and Sharing of Personal Information
Although we do not sell personal information in exchange for money, some of the ways in which we share personal information for analytics, for targeted/cross-context behavioral advertising, or with our franchisees, Title Sponsors or other third parties may be considered “sales” or “sharing” under US state privacy laws. Listed below are the categories of personal information we share for purposes of targeted/cross-context behavioral advertising or otherwise “sell” for non-monetary consideration:
The types of third parties to which personal information is sold or shared include: third-party advertising partners, some data analytics providers, Title Sponsors, franchisees, and certain parent or subsidiary companies. The purposes for which we sell/share this information include: for marketing, advertising, cross-promotion, certain types of analytics or similar purposes, sports registration or activities, to show relevant ads while you browse the internet or use social media, and to provide operational, analytical, and other support for independent franchisees. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of consumers under 18 years of age, except as allowed by state law—for example, based on consent from the individual’s parent or guardian. If you would like to opt out, please see the information below for your state of residence.
Privacy Rights and Choices
Opting Out of Targeted Advertising, Sales, and Sharing of Personal Information
In accordance with applicable state privacy laws, we provide the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sales, and sharing of personal information. If you would like to opt out, please click the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of our websites. Consumers may also use a browser-based opt-out signal, such as the Global Privacy Control Signal, to opt out. If you choose to use a browser-based opt-out signal, you will be opted out of targeted advertising, sales, and sharing through tracking technologies, and will need to turn it on for each browser you use. To opt out of offline sales and sharing of personal information, please submit a request using our webform.
Marketing Emails
You may unsubscribe from our marketing email communications by clicking the “unsubscribe” link found in every commercial email we send, or by sending a request to unsubscribe to us using the contact information provided below. If you opt out of our marketing email communications, we may still send you email messages related to your account or purchases with us. Unsubscribing from our marketing communications will not affect the level or quality of service we provide to you.
Text Messaging Preferences
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we may use your mobile phone number and your messaging preferences to send you marketing and operational text messages, including, but not limited to, promotional communications and appointment reminders. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can request help by replying HELP.
We may store and manage your mobile number, SMS consent status, and related customer record information in our CRM, and we may make that information available to our franchisees and service providers that support these communications. We do not sell SMS opt-in data or consent to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Mobile Applications
You can change your mobile application permission settings at any time through your device. Depending on the mobile application and your permission settings, the mobile application may send you notifications. You can always change your notification settings in the permission settings. Please note that if you delete the mobile application, we will still retain any information you have provided through the app. To request deletion of your information, please contact us using our webform.
California Residents
If you are a resident of California, you have the right to submit certain requests relating to your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA”) and other California privacy laws, as described below. To exercise any of these rights, please submit a request using our webform or call us at 1 (877) 880-1957. Please note that, if you submit a request to know, request to delete, or request to correct, you will be asked to provide 2-3 pieces of personal information that we will match against our records to verify your identity. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; however, you will still need to verify your identity directly with us before your request can be processed. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf using the webform or toll-free number listed above. We will not retaliate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Right to Know. You have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, which includes:

· Our business or commercial purposes for collecting, selling, or sharing personal information;

Deletion. You have the right to request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
Correction. If you believe that personal information we maintain about you is inaccurate, you have the right to request that we correct that information.

Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes to which the right to limit use and disclosure applies under the CCPA.
Third-Party Marketing Rights. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California customers to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information (as defined separately from the CCPA and used throughout this California Privacy Notice) to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Consumers in Other US States
Consumers in US states other than California may submit requests relating to their personal information as described below. The privacy rights described below are provided to the extent required by applicable US privacy laws. To exercise any of these rights, please submit a request using our webform or call us at 1 (877) 880-1957. Please note that we may need to authenticate your identity before your request can be processed. For authentication, you will be asked to log into your account or to provide 2-3 pieces of personal information that we will match against our records. In some states and for some types of requests, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; however, you will still need to verify your identity directly with us before your request can be processed. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf using the webform or toll-free number listed above. We will not retaliate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Access and Data Portability. You may request that we confirm whether we are processing your personal information, access your personal information, and obtain a copy of personal information you provided to us in a portable format. Depending on your state of residence, you may also request that we provide information about the categories or specific third parties to which we disclosed personal information.
Deletion. You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to exceptions
Correct. You may request that we correct inaccuracies in your personal information, taking into account the nature of the personal information and our purposes for processing it.
Right to Opt Out. You have the right to opt out of the following uses of your personal information: (i) targeted advertising; (ii) the sale of personal information; and (iii) profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning your economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location, or movements. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money or engage in practices that qualify as profiling producing legal or similarly significant effects under applicable state privacy laws. Right to Appeal. Sometimes we are unable to process requests relating to your personal information, in which case, your request will be denied. If your privacy rights request has previously been denied by us and you believe we denied it in error, you may appeal for reconsideration of your request.
Canadian Residents
If you would like to submit a request to access, correct, erase or obtain a copy of personal information we maintain about you, or if you would like to receive written information about our policies and practices regarding service providers outside of Canada, please submit your request using our webform. We may require specific information from you to help us verify your identity prior to processing your request. Applicable law may require or permit us to decline your request. If we decline your request, we will tell you why, subject to any legal restrictions on disclosing this information
Other International Visitors
Our Services and this Privacy Policy are directed to residents of the United States (and Canada for brands that operate there). If you access our online Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, and that the data protection and other laws of the United States may not be as comprehensive as those in your country.
How We Protect the Security of Personal Information
At no charge to you, we use appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security that is reasonable and proportionate to the risk of the personal information we hold. While we attempt to ensure the integrity and security of personal information, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third parties from illegally obtaining access to personal information. We do not represent or warrant that personal information about you will be protected against, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties. Any transmission of personal information through the Services is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for circumvention of our security measures.
How We Protect Your Child’s Privacy
Your child’s privacy is important to us. As a result, we endeavor to operate our Services in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws that protect the privacy of children’s personal information.
Our online Services are intended for parents and legal guardians, and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Children under 18 years old may not use our online Services, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.
