**Job Overview:**
USSC is seeking an experienced Director of Growth and Partnerships to help grow and manage the Nike Volleyball Camps division. This person possesses a network of college and club coaches and a track record of scaling youth programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about volleyball and youth development at large. This person has a successful track record of hitting revenue targets while building managing a prospect pipeline. With the guidance from Management, this person will lead the sales process from research, to contact, to close, while working closely with the operations team to achieve alignment and seamless onboarding. This person will be responsible for matching partner needs with different USSC’s services to create productive partnerships. Success in this role requires competitiveness, resourcefulness, incredible partnership management, and most importantly, an understanding of what has made US Sports Camps successful for the past 47 years: a full commitment to servicing our coaches and an unwavering passion for youth athletic and personal development. This is a full-time role located at the US Sports Camps Headquarters in San Rafael, CA (remote option available). Provisional 90-day period beginning mid-September to early October.
**The Job:**
- Expanding Nike Volleyball Camps network through new best-in-class coaches and facilities
- Account/partnership management of the current network of Nike Volleyball Camp Directors and facilities
- Negotiate and manage contracts and payments to Camp Directors and facilities
- Help with Sport P&L management, budgeting and forecasting
- Forecasting, allocating, and ordering product for camps (t-shirts, prizes, etc.)
- High level customer service and incident management
- Help lead division in administrative, operational, and marketing project planning
- Managing division operations and customer service employees
**The Ideal Candidate Possesses:**
- A former volleyball player with a network and understanding of what makes a great development experience, coaches, and their departments
- Strong track record in sales and account management
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and contract negotiation
- A demonstrated passion for athletics and social impact
- Experience with camp management and operations
- Excellent interpersonal communication and “people skills”
- Patience, stress-tolerance, ability to think quickly, and a proactive work style
- Proficient verbal, written, mathematic, and computer skills (including Microsoft applications)
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher

The US Sports Camps Inventory and Merchandise Manager oversees two distinct product streams: internal camp supplies (camper shirts, uniforms, equipment, prizes, etc.) and customer-facing merchandise (retail products sold to customers). This role combines strategic merchandising decisions for retail sales—selecting products, negotiating with suppliers, and planning assortment based on market trends—with tactical inventory operations for camp supplies, including tracking stock levels, coordinating logistics, and ensuring accurate data management. The position requires balancing commercial objectives for retail merchandise (sales, profitability, customer appeal) with operational efficiency for camp supplies (cost control, avoiding shortages/overstock, optimizing workflows, maintaining accurate systems).
The Franchise Business Coach (FBC) position is a hands-on role responsible for providing ongoing support to franchise owners throughout the U.S. The main goal of this position is to guide franchise owners through general business operations, including but not limited to marketing, customer service, game day management, staffing, financial management, business ownership, and building processes for future success. This position will also play a vital role in training and education programs.
YEB is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Accountant for Accounts Payable. This will be a highly visible position within the YEB AP shared service organization with interactions across various departments and the opportunity to make a significant impact. This role will work in the accounts payable processes from invoice receipt, through approval, to payment for the entire YEB Group.
