The Program Director manages the day-to-day operation of the local sports franchise including marketing, coach recruitment, over-site of game-day operations, and customer service. In their role, the Program Director ensures the highest level of brand standards are executed and core concepts are continuously demonstrated, serving as the example to the Franchise Network of the ideal franchise.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee & assist in the creation and execution of a business marketing plan
- Manage/supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches
- Serve as a lead for all league-wide communications
- Develop rosters, schedules, and programming for various sports
- Oversee the daily operations of youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics, creating the ultimate i9 Sports Experience for customers
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

- Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players

The General Manager is responsible for improving efficiency and increasing location profitability while managing the school’s operations. Established, high-performing school with demonstrated six-figure earning potential. Successful GMs in comparable schools currently earn between $100K–$125K total annual compensation, though incentives are variable and not guaranteed.
The Company-Owned School Field Trainer plays a critical role in supporting consistent, high-quality execution of our swim curriculum, training standards, and customer experience across company-owned locations. This role is responsible for delivering hands-on, in-water and on-deck training, supporting Senior Swim Instructor development, and reinforcing training quality, curriculum execution, and product standards across locations.This individual will serve as a key partner to field teams by helping elevate teaching quality, swimmer progression, safety standards, and overall program consistency across company-owned schools. The Company-Owned School Field Trainer will partner with General Managers, instructors, and leadership teams to support training execution, coaching, staff development, and consistent delivery of curriculum and customer experience standards.
