**Job Overview: **
The Content Coordinator is responsible for developing content strategies based on the business objectives of each of the YEB brands, as well as the needs of its customers. From social and evergreen blog posts, to email campaigns, youtube and editorial advertising, the Content Strategist will oversee the planning, designing, creating, editing and publishing of entertaining or informative content that resonates with target customers. This is a full-time, remote role, reporting to the Marketing Director.
**The Job:**
- Performing research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer personas across brands
- Performing extensive research and analysis on consumer thoughts and trends
- Creating specifications and content appropriate for each brand's customer personas
- Strategizing content pillars and sub pillars
- Planning the editorial calendar and content proposition
- Collaborating with Marketing team, internal support, and writers to implement the strategy
- Hands-on oversight of email strategy, implementation and execution
- Overseeing writing style and tone for all content
- Developing content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensuring they are followed
- Developing editorial strategy, so content is consistent across all delivery platforms
- Conducting periodic content audits
- Tracking and calculating content ROI
- Ensuring that content strategy meets business objectives
- Strategizing and improving content delivery and promotion
- Analyzing content marketing strategy to evaluate whether it's working or not.
**The Day to Day:**
- Researching and defining target audience profiles
- Understanding their priorities and develop content strategies address their needs
- Developing email content & automations to streamline outbound marketing strategy
- Creating and managing social media campaigns across Meta, TiKTok, and Youtube
- Managing content marketing campaigns across Blogs & 3rd party editorial
- Implementing SEO best practices across brands, and documenting performance
- Building strategic partnerships that feed the content machine.
**The Ideal Candidate Possesses:**

- Email marketing experience & platform knowledge
- Content presentation skills – you should be able to determine how content will be packaged for new and existing consumers in order to drive them to take revenue-related actions
- Experience in handling and strategizing marketing campaigns.
- Content monetization skills. How does your content get customers to buy our product or increase brand affinity.
- Multitasking & organizational skills. Attention to detail.
- Editorial competency – you will conduct thorough audits to determine what content should be kept, edited, rewritten, and more
- Strong SEO knowledge and experience with modern Content Management Systems.
- Experience with Google Analytics + keyword and SEO reporting through Ahref
- Team-building skills & leadership qualities
- Perform well under pressure, while manage multiple projects at the same time.

Youth Enrichment Brands is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Assistant Controller to join its accounting leadership team. Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Controller, this is a highly visible role within the accounting shared services organization, offering broad exposure across the business and a meaningful opportunity to drive impact. The position will initially lead the end-to-end Accounts Payable shared services function in a hands-on capacity, from invoice intake through payment execution, across the entire Youth Enrichment Brands enterprise. Over time, this role offers a clear pathway to increased responsibility and advancement to AP Assistant Controller, with the scope expected to expand in a phased and well‑supported manner to include ownership of additional shared service areas such as fixed assets, payroll accounting, and the corporate holding companies.

As the right-hand to the BU Controller for SafeSplash Swim Schools, this will be a highly visible position within the YEB accounting shared service organization with interactions across various departments and the opportunity to make a significant impact. To be successful in this role, the Senior Accountant should possess the ability to conduct a wide variety of intricate and complex accounting duties and projects and professionally team with multiple stakeholders and business partners. The Senior Accountant should also possess the ability to timely meet deadlines in completing assignments and have strong integrity and ethics as well as the ability to review and analyze current processes for potential improvements. This position is responsible for and will own the financials for the corporate entities within the business unit, including general ledger management and reconciliations as well as income statement and balance sheet preparation and analysis. This role will also assist the YEB Accounting Group with other strategic projects and tasks as needed. This role is for a self-motivated, reliable individual, who, by ensuring financial integrity and promoting financial transparency, will contribute to the rapid growth and success of the company.
