Job Overview: USSC is seeking an experienced Manager of Growth, Partnerships & Camp Management to help grow and manage, primarily the Nike KIDS/ Multisport Camps category and assist with the Nike Soccer Camps. This person possesses a deep network within youth sports and multi sports programs and private and public Sport Facilities as well as a proven track record of managing and scaling youth programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about youth development with a multi-sport focus in the 5-12 age range. This person has a successful track record of hitting revenue targets while building and managing a prospect pipeline. With the guidance from management, this person will lead the entire sales process from research, to contact, to close, while working closely with the operations team to achieve alignment and seamless onboarding. This person will be responsible for matching partner needs with different USSC’s services to create productive partnerships. Success in this role requires competitiveness, resourcefulness, incredible partnership management, financial acumen, and most importantly, an understanding of what has made USSC successful for the past 47 years: a full commitment to servicing our coaches and an unwavering passion for youth athletic and personal development. This is a full-time role located at the US Sports Camps Headquarters in San Rafael, CA (remote option available). The start date for this position will be November 1st ,2022.
The Job
Expanding camp locations and offerings with existing Camp Directors (coaches)
Managing and expanding the scope of current relationships with Camp Directors and facilities
Managing contracts and payments with Camp Directors and facilities
Managing KIDS category budget, forecasting, and P&L
Oversee KIDS category operations and customer service
Budgeting, ordering, and allocating product for camps (t-shirts, prizes, etc.)
Handle high level customer service issues and some general customer service phone support
Lead and help manage KIDS Category in administrative/operational project planning and execution
Lead and manage KIDS Category in execution of marketing projects
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience within youth sports, ideally Multisport programs ages 5-12, Soccer and understanding of what makes a great youth development experience.
Strong track record in sales and account management
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and contract negotiation
A demonstrated passion for athletics and social impact
Experience with camp management and operations
Excellent interpersonal communication and “people skills”
Patience, stress-tolerance, ability to think quickly, and a proactive work style
Proficient verbal, written, mathematic, and computer skills (including Microsoft applications)
A Bachelor’s degree or higher

Youth Enrichment Brands is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Assistant Controller to join its accounting leadership team. Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Controller, this is a highly visible role within the accounting shared services organization, offering broad exposure across the business and a meaningful opportunity to drive impact. The position will initially lead the end-to-end Accounts Payable shared services function in a hands-on capacity, from invoice intake through payment execution, across the entire Youth Enrichment Brands enterprise. Over time, this role offers a clear pathway to increased responsibility and advancement to AP Assistant Controller, with the scope expected to expand in a phased and well‑supported manner to include ownership of additional shared service areas such as fixed assets, payroll accounting, and the corporate holding companies.

To be successful in this role, the Senior Accountant should possess the ability to conduct a wide variety of intricate and complex accounting duties and projects and professionally team with multiple stakeholders and business partners. An ideal candidate would not only be a self-starter who is driven to learn and add value quickly but also should be savvy in Excel, have excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal skills, and the ability to create and maintain a team-oriented environment. The Senior Accountant should also possess the ability to timely meet deadlines in completing assignments and have strong integrity and ethics as well as the ability to review and analyze current processes for potential improvements. This position is responsible for and will own the financials for the corporate entities within the business unit, including general ledger management and reconciliations as well as income statement and balance sheet preparation and analysis. This role will also assist the YEB Accounting Group with other strategic projects and tasks as needed. This role is for a self-motivated, reliable individual, who, by ensuring financial integrity and promoting financial transparency, will contribute to the rapid growth and success of the company.
