USSC’s offerings include youth and adult camps in baseball, basketball, crew, cricket, esports, field hockey, football, golf, gymnastics, lacrosse, pickleball, rugby, running, soccer, softball, swimming, volleyball & water polo.   **Job Overview:** USSC’s Cleated Division is seeking an experienced Sport Manager for U.S. Baseball Academy to help grow and manage the baseball category. This person possesses a network of professional, college, high school, and club coaches. The ideal candidate will be passionate about baseball and youth development. This person has a successful track record of hitting revenue targets while building and managing a prospect pipeline. Working with our Senior Vice President, this person will lead the sales process from research, to contact, to close, while working closely with the operations team to achieve alignment and seamless onboarding. This person will be responsible for matching partner needs with different US Baseball Academy services to create productive partnerships. Success in this role requires competitiveness, resourcefulness, incredible partnership management, financial acumen, and most importantly a great team player. This person will possess a full commitment to servicing our coaches and an unwavering passion for youth athletic and personal development.
