US Sports Camps is seeking a talented and passionate Technical Project Manager to work with a cross-functional team to shape and guide the present and future development of US Sports Camps’ Information Technology platforms. You will work with an existing development team to maintain and improve USSC’s proprietary registration platform and console applications. Success in this role requires belief in the mission, conviction in the development process, and a commitment to keeping stakeholders aligned and on task. The job requires a strong appreciation and understanding of the power of sports and enrichment programs in shaping the future of our youth. This is a full-time position, hybrid role with the expectation of working in person at least two days per week at the US Sports Camps Headquarters in San Rafael, CA. This person will report to the VP of Technology at Youth Enrichment Brands. To be successful in this role, you will need the ability to develop relationships, manage multiple activities/projects at once, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
**Objectives of this Role**
· Be the primary liaison between the business and IT development team, including prioritizing and managing projects that have the biggest impact on USSC
· Own the IT project roadmap for USSC
· Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
· Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, and schedule, in collaboration with stakeholders
· Analyze project and communicate progress and, when necessary, adapt scope and timelines to ensure that stakeholders adhere to project requirements
· Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes as needed
· Collaborate with members of the Camp Success Team, Marketing Team, Senior Leadership, and sister brands to prioritize and report on most important projects
**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**
· Manage the existing platform and perform analytics regarding use of the platform
· Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects
· Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors and developers
· Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
· Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
**Skills and Qualifications**
· 3+ years project management experience
· Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority
· Hands-on experience with developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability
· Experience with mobile app development a plus
· Experience troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions in a production environment
· Experience analyzing tradeoffs between features, customer requests, and producibility
· Proven track record of influencing at all levels in a cross functional team environment
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong presentation skills

Youth Enrichment Brands is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Assistant Controller to join its accounting leadership team. Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Controller, this is a highly visible role within the accounting shared services organization, offering broad exposure across the business and a meaningful opportunity to drive impact. The position will initially lead the end-to-end Accounts Payable shared services function in a hands-on capacity, from invoice intake through payment execution, across the entire Youth Enrichment Brands enterprise. Over time, this role offers a clear pathway to increased responsibility and advancement to AP Assistant Controller, with the scope expected to expand in a phased and well‑supported manner to include ownership of additional shared service areas such as fixed assets, payroll accounting, and the corporate holding companies.

This position is responsible for and will own the financials for the corporate entities within the business unit, including general ledger management and reconciliations as well as income statement and balance sheet preparation and analysis. This role will also assist the YEB Accounting Group with other strategic projects and tasks as needed.
